This research aimed to 1) apply a LINE Chatbot for notifying students of their scores in the Web Programming Course for Computer Science students at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, and 2) evaluate the satisfaction of students using this developed system. The automated score notification system utilized a LINE chatbot integrated with the Dialogflow platform, enabling natural language processing. Scores were stored in Google Sheets, allowing students to inquire about their scores at any time. This innovation also aimed to reduce the administrative workload of teachers. The sample group consisted of 63 Computer Science students from Chiang Mai Rajabhat University enrolled in the Web Programming Course during the first semester of the academic year 2023, selected through purposive sampling. The research tool was a user satisfaction questionnaire, and the statistical methods used included calculating the mean and standard deviation. The overall user satisfaction assessment resulted in an average score of 4.31 (SD = 0.85), indicating a high level of satisfaction.
