The objectives of this research were: 1) to develop a time management system for personnel, and 2) to evaluate the efficiency of the system and the satisfaction with the developed system. The population studied consisted of faculty members and staff from the Faculty of Nursing. The sample group, selected through purposive sampling, included 98 personnel. The data collection tools included a questionnaire with two parts: one for evaluating system efficiency by Information Technology experts and the other for assessing personnel satisfaction with the time management system. Data were analyzed using statistical software, with mean and standard deviation used as key statistics.
The research results revealed that the overall efficiency of the time management system was rated as very high (
=4.78, SD=0.78). Personnel satisfaction with the time management system for the Faculty of Nursing at Naresuan University was also rated as very high (
=4.26, SD=1.03). In conclusion, the developed time management system for faculty and staff was found to be highly efficient, capable of practical application, and aligned with the research objectives.
