This research is a development research aimed at two main objectives: (1) to develop a transaction receipt verification system to assist store employees and administrators in decision-making, and (2) to investigate user satisfaction with the system. The system was tested with a sample group of 14 people, including 8 employees and 6 customer members. Data were collected using a satisfaction survey, which was divided into three aspects: content, design, and usability, using a 5-point Likert scale. The results of the satisfaction evaluation showed that the average score for content was 4.65, for design was 4.13, and for usability was 4.67, with an overall average of 4.48. This indicates that the testers were highly satisfied with the system. The developed system helps administrators and employees monitor performance in real-time, reduces errors from manual checks, and increases the accuracy of transaction assessments. Additionally, it enables administrators to manage data more efficiently and conveniently. Although the system received high satisfaction, there were recommendations for further development, such as adding automatic notification functions, conducting in-depth data analysis, and customizing the dashboard to better meet user needs. These improvements will enhance the system's efficiency and user experience in the long term.
