The development of the electronic meeting information system aimed to 1) develop the electronic meeting information system, 2) evaluate the efficiency of the electronic meeting information system, and 3) assess user satisfaction with the electronic meeting information system. The sample group for this research was from the Maiklon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phana District, Amnat Charoen Province. Collected satisfaction data from 40 users, selected through purposive sampling. It is a web-based application that supports use on computer devices. The development of a system using the Software Development Life Cycle and using PHP, HTML, and JavaScript for webpage creation and user interface design. MySQL is a database management system, with Linux CentOS as the server operating system, Apache as the web server, and Google Chrome as the web browser. The research tools included the electronic meeting information system that had undergone efficiency evaluation, assessed by five experts in information technology development using black-box testing techniques. Satisfaction survey on a Likert scale, and statistical methods used for data analysis, including mean and standard deviation.
The development results found that user-friendly, compatible with all computer devices, capable of streamlining operational processes, reducing the workload of staff responsible for preparing meeting documents, and minimizing paper usage within the organization. The evaluation of system performance was found to be at a high level (
= 4.33, S.D. = 0.45), while user satisfaction was also at a high level (
= 4.38, S.D. = 0.50).
