This research aimed to investigate 1) the efficiency of The Maejo Information Technology and Innovation Journal system and 2) the relationship between its characteristics and the efficiency of information usage within the system. The information system operates as a web application, developed using ASP.NET language and the MS SQL Server 2019 database management system. The study's sample group consisted of 45 individuals, including university lecturers, computer system experts, Thai university students, and general individuals interested in journals. A questionnaire served as the data collection instrument. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics at a statistical significance level of 0.05.
The findings indicated that the majority of the sample were lecturers specializing in information technology and innovation systems, held master's degrees, and most evaluators had over 10 years of work experience. The characteristics (program functionality, convenience, and security) and overall efficiency of the Maejo Journal of Information Technology and Innovation system were rated at the highest level, with a mean score of 4.44. Similarly, the benefits received from using the service were also perceived to be at the highest level, with a mean score of 4.51.
