The bakery industry has experienced continuous growth both in Thailand and globally. The increasing competition has compelled establishments to devise strategies for survival, including a particular business in Bangkok that has been operating for over 30 years as both a manufacturer and distributor of bakery products through three branch stores. At present, each branch has implemented off-the-shelf software for product sales and for generating static reports, presented to executives in the form of numerical and textual data over specified time periods. Therefore, this research aims to develop and evaluate a cloud-based web application decision support system using Power BI, enabling real-time user interaction. Subsequently, the satisfaction of the developed system was evaluated by the target group of 10 participants, consisting of 4 executives and 6 personnel involved in product sales, using questionnaires and interviews. The evaluation results indicate that satisfaction levels across various aspects were rated from high to very high, with an overall average satisfaction score of 4.40 for the developed system. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of Power BI to analyze bakery product sales data can be used to support business decision-making of executives and those involved in product sales.
