This research aims to develop and evaluate a Chatbot system designed to communicate information about vocational training programs offered by the Wongduan AkhomSuratan Center. The primary objective is to provide information on training courses, such as course details, application procedures, and FAQs about participation. The Chatbot system is developed using AI for Thai technology, which supports Natural Language Processing (NLP), and is implemented using Python or JavaScript. Training-related data is stored in a MySQL database to enable immediate and accurate retrieval. The Chatbot functions by responding to user inquiries through text, providing up-to-date and accurate information about training programs, such as schedules, available seats, and application steps. Additionally, the system includes features for notifications when training applications open or when key information changes. It also automates responses to frequently asked questions, reducing the workload of administrative staff. The research population consists of 500 individuals involved in the administration of the Wongduean Akhomsuratan Center. A simple random sampling method was used to select 5 groups, and the sample size was determined by referring to the Krejcie & Morgan table, resulting in a sample of 217 participants. Data analysis was conducted using statistical software, with the mean and standard deviation as the statistical tools.
The system's performance evaluation, based on user feedback, indicates high satisfaction (
=4.87, S.D. = 0.69) indicating excellent performance. Users expressed positive opinions regarding the convenience of accessing information and the speed of responses, particularly when seeking urgent information. The findings demonstrate that the developed Chatbot system effectively delivers training information and meets user needs excellently. This makes it highly suitable for adoption in vocational training centers or organizations requiring automated information dissemination.
