This research aimed to: 1) develop social media content enhanced with Generative AI to promote Chatuchak plant marketing; 2) study the satisfaction level of social media content enhanced with Generative AI to promote Chatuchak plant marketing; 3) study the problems and suggestions for developing social media content enhanced with Generative AI to promote Chatuchak plant marketing. The sample consisted of 10 key informants interviewed and 386 questionnaire respondents. Research tools included semi-structured interviews, generative artificial intelligence, content quality evaluation form, and social media content satisfaction questionnaire. Statistical analyses included percentages, means, and standard deviations.
The research findings showed that: 1) The development of social media content enhanced with generative artificial intelligence to promote the Chatuchak Plant Market involved three steps: (1) information seeking stage, interviews were conducted to collect data from stakeholders; (2) social media content design stage, using generative artificial intelligence to assist in designing textual content, images, and videos; and (3) social media content quality evaluation stage, experts have rated the overall quality of content at highest level (
=4.63). 2) Facebook page followers reported the highest level of [1]overall satisfaction with social media content (
=4.50). Especially, the video content received the highest level of satisfaction (
=4.63), followed by images content (
=4.49) and text content (
=4.36). 3) Entrepreneurs still lack the skills and confidence to creatively use artificial intelligence to develop social media content. Most have concerns about the accuracy and realism of image and video content, and suggest continuously tailoring content to target audiences.
