This research presents the design and development of a web application based on the digital tourism concept to promote tourism in Surat Thani Province, along with a software quality evaluation based on user satisfaction. The system is designed to provide structured tourism information and support user engagement to enhance accessibility and decision-making. Core functionalities include browsing and searching for tourist attractions, presenting detailed location information, and enabling interactive user-system communication. The evaluation was conducted using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire covering four dimensions: functional suitability, reliability, usability and user interface, and security and access control. The sample consisted of 30 tourists (n = 30). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation. The results indicated that overall user satisfaction was at the highest level ( = 4.61, SD = 0.53), demonstrating that the developed system effectively supports tourism information access and promotion. These findings highlight the potential of innovative web-based systems in enhancing digital tourism services. Future work should focus on improving error prevention mechanisms and strengthening system security to ensure robustness and scalability.
