This research aimed to: (1) develop a chatbot-based question-answering system for an online yarn craft store; (2) evaluate the suitability of the developed system; and (3) investigate user satisfaction with the system. The research involved developing a chatbot question-answering system using the Dialogflow platform. The system consisted of four components: input, processing, knowledge base, and output. It received user inquiries through a chat interface, analyzed question content, processed them using a knowledge base covering yarn types, sizes, crafting equipment, crafting techniques, material selection, and store customer service information, and returned responses to users. The sample consisted of 30 participants interested in yarn crafts who voluntarily agreed to test the system. The system design was evaluated by three information technology experts, while the accuracy of the knowledge was verified by three content experts. Research instruments included questionnaires assessing system quality, knowledge quality, and user satisfaction. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. Results showed that the developed system achieved the highest quality level in both system quality, with a mean score of 4.76, and knowledge quality, with a mean score of 5.00. Overall user satisfaction was rated at a high level, with a mean score of 4.49.
