The purpose of this research is: 1) to design and develop a local elderly health application with digital technology as a tool for managing elderly health data, and 2) to evaluate the efficiency of the application. The application is developed in a responsive website format to accommodate devices with varying screen sizes, allowing access from anywhere with an internet connection. The target group for the study consists of 20 users, including 2 staff members from the sub-district health promoting hospital, 8 village health volunteers, and 10 elderly caregivers, selected through purposive sampling. The research tools were the application and an evaluation form for the application's efficiency. The statistics used in this research are mean () and standard deviation (S.D.). The research findings indicate that: 1) The application can be used on both personal computers and mobile devices, the system is divided into 2 parts: front-end web applications and back-end web applications, and 2) the level of platform efficiency evaluation results is high (
= 4.30, SD = 0.40).
