The objectives of this research were to: (1) develop Facebook page; (2) study satisfaction toward Facebook page; and (3) explore problems and suggestions for improving the community product Facebook page enhanced with Generative AI in Lad Bua Luang District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The samples were divided into two groups: 1) key informants, consisting of 14 participants who were interviewed and collaboratively engaged in content design and media development, and 2) 87 respondents who completed satisfaction questionnaire. The research instruments included semi-structured interview form, content quality assessment form, and satisfaction questionnaire toward the Facebook page. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research findings revealed that: (1) Key informant groups need to promote awareness and expand distribution channels for community products through social media, using Facebook platform. Facebook page was designed and developed based on the principles of the ADDIE Model, integrated with Generative AI to create engaging and informative content. The overall content quality assessment by experts was rated at the highest level (
=4.22). (2) The overall satisfaction toward the Facebook pages was also rated at the highest level (
=4.79). The aspect of public relations and storytelling for promoting community product awareness received the highest level (
=4.90), followed by creative content development (
=4.83), image and graphic (
=4.82), and video storytelling (
=4.78), respectively. (3) Suggestions revealed that community enterprise members wanted training to enhance digital skills and the creative use of Generative AI.
