The purposes of this research were 1) to analyze the fundamental data, 2) to develop, 3) to implement, and 4) to certify the Learning Management Guidelines using Cooperative Video-Blogging (V-Coop Model) to enhance Chinese communication competency for secondary school students. The sample, selected through a purposive sampling technique, consisted of 30 tenth-grade students from Phachi "Soonthorn Witthayanukul" School in the academic year 2025. Research instruments included V-Coop model-based lesson plans, a Chinese proficiency test (HSK 2) a communication competency assessment, and an attitude scale. Data were analyzed using mean (
), standard deviation (S.D.), and t-test for dependent samples.
The findings revealed that 1) The developed learning approach was highly appropriate (
= 4.67, S.D. = 0.74). 2) The lesson plans were at a high level of appropriateness (
= 4.57, S.D. = 0.42). 3) The post-test scores (
= 21.00) were significantly higher than the pre-test scores (
= 14.43) at the .01 level.
4) Students’ collaborative skills were at a very high level (
= 4.65) and their attitude toward learning Chinese was at the highest level (
= 4.63). Experts certified that the developed approach effectively enhances students' communication competency.
