This study is a developmental research aimed at developing a Computer Asset and Repair Management System (CARMS-NKP) for Nakornping Hospital. The system was designed to address issues of delays and redundancy in traditional paper-based and phone-dependent workflows. The methodology followed the five-stage System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), comprising requirements analysis, system design, development using Node.js and React.js, testing, and evaluation.
The results indicated that the system effectively manages asset data, tracks repair statuses, and facilitates online equipment borrowing and returning. System performance testing, conducted through 50 trials, revealed an average response time of 2.2 seconds, which meets the specified criteria, with 100% data accuracy. This system supports digital transformation and enhances management efficiency in alignment with the Smart Hospital concept.
